Pizzeria Capri in Soest

We were always very happy with the pizza, but when we were sold 3 small pizzas (cold) for big ones yesterday we were very disappointed. When I called we were turned on very stupidly and we were portrayed as stupid. So yesterday was the last time Pizzeria Capri for us!

Ordered a family pizza margarita and received a salami ham pizza which unfortunately some of us couldn't eat. After we called to clarify that we had received the wrong pizza, it was assumed that we had given the wrong address and the person from us who called was also rude and unprofessional for a catering establishment insulted as stupid, then the employee of the pizzeria directly said that Telephone call ended and was no longer available.

Pizzeria Capri - Our favorite pizzeria in Soest! Small but nice restaurant. If you want to eat on site, you should reserve early. The food can also be ordered to take away or even delivered. Unfortunately, you cannot pay by card there, so think of cash. Service is always friendly and often has time for a little chat. Pizzas, pasta, ... everything is delicious! We have never had reason to complain about anything.

Has been back for a long time, it took more than 2 hours for the order to arrive, although the phone said it took just under an hour, only found out because I called again. The dip was forgotten and the champions weren't through, unfortunately not recommended.

Just unorganized! We called twice and each time we were evaded. They put the driver on the phone because they are so overwhelmed. The owners are just disorganized and can't do anything.

the pizzas are filled with good ingredients and baked very well, really delicious! unfortunately we had to wait over 30min for the food, which was not that nice. however, an apology and a grappa on the house made up for everything.

Wonderful little pizzeria with really friendly staff. Family business, Italian is spoken. Very, very tasty pizza, and it usually works really fast, except at peak times. I can only recommend it
